Professional Development Workshops

We offer engaging, hands-on professional development workshops that guide educators in transforming their classrooms and schools through liberatory design. Each session is grounded in inclusive frameworks like UDL and CRP and is customized to meet the needs of your learning community. Workshop topics include redefining rigor, designing anti-bias curriculum, building student-led media labs, and mapping curriculum vertically and horizontally with equity in mind.

Equity Coaching & School Partnerships

Through sustained coaching and consultation, we support school and district teams in transforming culture, curriculum, and evaluation systems. This includes guiding equity audits, developing culturally responsive teaching strategies, supporting DEI teams, and creating feedback loops that center marginalized voices. We believe true change is relational, and we work alongside you to nurture long-term, systemic shifts.

Curriculum & Systems Design

We collaborate with schools and educators to reimagine curriculum through an anti-oppressive lens. Our services include the co-creation of inclusive rubrics, redesign of courses to reflect social justice principles, development of storytelling ecosystems (animation, film, journalism), and design of events like youth-led film festivals. Each engagement emphasizes iterative design, project-based learning, and cultural relevance.

Panel Facilitation
