I believe mentoring is about more than advice — it’s about creating spaces where educators can connect to their purpose, honor their values, and lead with authenticity. I offer one-on-one and small-group coaching for early- and mid-career teachers who want to grow their practice in ways that are sustainable and equity-centered. For school and organizational leaders, I provide leadership coaching focused on building trust, aligning decisions with core values, and leading with courage. My signature session, “Mantras for Leadership & Growth,” helps educators and leaders craft personal anchors to guide them through challenges and return to what matters most.
